Olympics Will Promote Polar Bears

Since the winter Olympics is coming and the Olympic torch relay is underway in Canada, it is hoped that the campaign will promote to the world, the effects of global warming on the polar bears. Part of the torch relay will be going through polar bear country in the Arctic where people can see the effects global warming has had on Canada's beloved polar bears. See some wonderful 2010 calendars of polar bears so that you can appreciate these magnificent creatures.

A person starts to walk 10 kilometers to the south. Then he walks 10 kilometers to the West. There he sees a bear. Then he walks 10 kilometers to the north. He ends up at exactly the same point where he started.
What color does the bears fur have?
