Dogs of course are probably the most popular animals on the planet worldwide. This includes the Arctic north as well since the Inuit have relied on husky dogs for ages. I saw many husky dogs when I was in Iqaluit, the capital of Nunavut territory in Canada. There's a photo of some of them at my Iqaluit article.
